Mirrors are a very useful thing in our daily life. There is no substitute for a mirror to decorate the house, to decorate yourself. We have to go in front of the mirror two to three times a day. There is no alternative to the glass in the window. But after a few days of daily use, the ever-new look is no more. Also, showcase glass, bookshelf front glass, cupboard mirror, window glass, basin, or washroom mirror are necessary. There are also mirrors or glass showpieces to decorate the house.

How to clean mirror

Mirror cleaning is the best way to keep your mirrors looking great. It also helps to keep them looking new. If these glasses or mirrors are not cleaned regularly, stains will follow. Or, it becomes blurred, and nothing can be seen. It looks very ugly if this mirror or glass gets stained later. It is important to know how to clean mirrors when it comes to cleaning them. There are many different ways to clean mirrors. It is not possible to remove these stains with just regular water. So today, we will know how to remove stains from mirrors or window glass with some easy tricks.

Here are the Tips on How to Clean Glass Mirrors Easily 

Ordinary dust, dirt clean:

Dust, dirt, and grime must be worn indoors. If you don’t clean these regularly, the effect will be on the window glass or even the daily use mirror. First, take a clean soft cotton cloth to remove ordinary dust or soot or dirt stains. Soak a thin cotton cloth in detergent-mixed water and rub it on mirrors and window glass. Mix a little more detergent in lukewarm water. Once clean, soak the cloth in normal water and wipe it off. Dust, dirt, or common dirt stains will be easily removed.

Cleaning the Dark spots:

If you have been in an unclean condition for a long time, you will often have dark spots on the window glass or in the corner of the mirror. Vinegar and lemon juice are needed to remove these stains. Take out the juice with a lemon chip. Mix equal amounts of water and vinegar in it. Now apply it to the mirror with a thin cloth. Apply the stain on the dark spots and rub it for a while with a soft cloth. Then wipe with a clean, dry cloth. The stain will remove very easily.

Clear stains that have been staying for a long time: 

Many times spiders, lizards, and other insects walk, Or for other reasons, stains appear on the window glass. Even if you don’t clean the mirror for a long time, you will get such stains. Doesn’t want to get up easily.

Shaving foam or shaving cream is very effective in removing such stains. Apply shaving foam or shaving cream to the stain and wait for ten minutes. Then remove the stain by rubbing with a thin, soft cloth.

Normal care: 

Newsprint paper is another useful thing for cleaning mirrors or window glass. Soak newsprint paper in water. Then take the chip and rub the window glass and mirror with it. The mirror or glass will look brand new. This method is very effective for regular cleaning.

Clear steam stains on the mirror:

If the mirror in the washroom is not cleaned once a week, the mirror becomes blurred due to steam stains. Permanent stains can also be left on if not cleaned for a long time. Baking soda can remove steam stains on washroom or basin mirrors. Rub the whole mirror well with baking soda in a scrubber. Then wipe the mirror with a towel soaked in lukewarm water then., You will get a shiny mirror without stains.

Use of distilled water: 

You can use distilled water to clean the mirror or glass regularly. It also helps to clean glass and any glassware very easily.

Towels or thin cloths soaked in distilled water will clear the mirror or window glass. If you clean it twice a week, the mirror will always look new.

Toner will keep the window glass clean:

Regularly cleaning window glass is a bit of a hassle. Usually, the window glass is kind of a little heavy. But toner can make this difficult task easier.

This is the toner that you use in beauty treatment. Spray the window glass with toner in a spray bottle and wipe with a dry cotton pad, and the window glass will become shiny.

Some more tips:

  • Never rub a mirror or glass with a tissue or Georgette cloth. It can wear new stains instead of new ones. Always use a soft cotton cloth.
  • Do not rub the mirror or glass too hard. It has the potential to scratch.
  • After a few days, clean the dust, dirt, and soot house. Window glass will also have relatively few stains.
  • Wipe the mirror and around the mirror with a dry cotton cloth at least once a day. There will be no chance of the mirror blurring.
  • You can also use a dishwasher to clean window glass and mirrors if the ingredients mentioned above are not in the house at all.

Mirror glass, window glass, showcase glass, bookshelf front glass, cupboard mirror, basin, washroom mirror, etc. all are essential items of our house. Just as having these makes our home look wonderful and tidy. Also, the house seems very ugly because it is not cleaned. So we have to take care of these to keep the glasses clean.
